08 Sep Staples Center – Accessibility Review
Staples Center Accessibility
Disabled Spectator is excited to announce a new feature to our website. We’ve begun reviewing stadiums locally in Los Angeles and we’re proud to say that our second review is in. Please see our accessibility review of Staples Center.
Our review is intended to better serve people with disabilities who are attending Staples Center. We’ve created a Q&A covering accessible exits and entrances, seating, parking, restrooms, and concession stands. We’ve also provided contact information for disability services at Staples Center during games, on game day, and during other hours. We’re sharing information pertaining to services that are provided during games, such as wheelchairs, shuttle services, food delivery, medical assistance, and more.
Our intention is to enhance the game-day experience for people with disabilities. Therefore, we hope that this information serves its purpose.
Naturally, we are open to feedback and want to hear from you. Tell us what information is helpful and what isn’t helpful. What do you need to know more about, and what are we missing? We know that accessibility is an evolving machine and accessibility needs vary. We know that we’re going to miss some things but we want to make sure we cover as much as possible.
We’re going to continue making site improvements and add more venues as we survey them. Our plan is to add navigation information to the website, as well as provide similar accessibility info about other entertainment and sports venues. This will not impact your access to the current Staples Center accessibility information.
As always, thank you for letting us serve you. As a company, our goal is to enhance the venue experience for people with disabilities. We look forward to your feedback and can’t wait to share more information with you.
If you’d like to leave feedback, please do so via the Contact box on the bottom right of this page.
